Good Morning Everyone!….I’ve been up since 3am this morning….I had to get in my Cardio extra early this morning b/c I’m taking a family member to the doctor’s to get a EEG …I’m determined to start this year off right and not skip any of my 3 workout sesssions during the day…So, if that means waking up 3hrs earlier to do everything I have to do then that’s what I’m going to do!…Well, I need to get off here b/c I need to get dressed…And, that takes another hour in itself!!!…Can’t rush “Perfection”…
