~My Choice~

Well….it’s Hump Day Wednesday….I’m done with my Workouts…Weights, Pilates and Billy Blanks…My 90 mins with Billy was really hard this morning…Ugh!!!! But, I made it through…I’m just glad that I’ve gotten everything out of the way…Anyway…Let me tell you all what happened to me yesterday…Jordon and I went to visit some friends of ours…And, of course the food that they had there wasn’t “Low Carb”…So, instead of eating what everyone else was eating….Which was (STUFFED CRUST PIZZA!)...I opened up my own little container that I brought along from home…Which had… lettuce, tomatoes and a few slices of thinly sliced turkey meat…..So, while turning her nose up at my “Healthy Food”… My friend said to me…Jhonica you’ve lost so much weight already…one or two slices won’t hurt you…And, everyone else was like Yeah…Jhonica have a slice…………..And, let me tell ya…mmm the aroma coming from that pizza box…lol…was so tempting.The cheese was just like you see it on the commercials…lol....lol…All I had to do was reach in the box and take a slice…..It was right there!!!…lol……But, of course there was NO Way in….Haties….I’ve come this far on my Self Challenge to Fail Now….So, instead of digesting all those “Bad Carb Calories” that I didn’t need…I just inhaled the aroma of them...lol…Which was Calorie Free and Carb Free!…lol…One of my ”friends” seemed kind of taken back that I wouldn’t indulge in a little “food spluge” with everyone but,..”She will be Ok”……….……….This is my body and my health that is on the line…I’ve abused it with the wrong foods for “Far” too long and I’m determined to continue to have a Healthier Happier Me!!!:-)..I’m gonna go and catch up on everyone’s blog…..Have A Great Day Guys!!!…

Monday Morning…

OK…So, this morning when I first woke up… I wasn’t in the best mood…Yesterday I didn’t stick to my usual workout routine….I worked out but, not as hard as I should have and, I ate more calories than I know I should have eaten……. On top of all that…I didn’t sleep well last night….I kept waking up like every hr on the hr…Looking at the clock…So, for a little while this morning I did feel bummed and down…But, then I thought to myself…that was yesterday and this is Today…I can’t do anything about how many calories I consumed yesterday or the fact that I didn’t workout as hard as I should have…But, I can do better today…I can choose to work harder and choose to eat lighter!…I can choose not to be dominated by a minor setback…

Very Early Morning Workout…

I’m going to get in my workout on my treadmill real early this morning…So, as soon as I get off here I’m going to get in 77 mins today…Yesterday it took me 80 mins to burn my usual 400 calories and to burn off 50.1 carbs… but, today I”m going to try and do it in my usual time…Ok…here goes……:-)
