~Consistant~

….Lidija typed something on my blog yesterday that I really had not put much thought into..Until she brought it to my attention….She said..She can’t remember when I’ve gotten off track…Which got me thinking….If I remember correctly..The last time that I did have an all out ”Binge Day” was on my birthday..Which was June 11th…Which was months ago…..In the beginning my main motivation for staying on track was to just lose weight…I just wanted to weigh less…But, now months later….My main focus is on being healthier and looking more toned…When I use to focus on losing a pound or two every week…I felt more stress than I do now..I would get “SO” frustrated b/c I’d would think to myself…I’m working out so hard…Why isn’t the scale dropping???…It use to drive me crazy…But, once I decided to let that go and just focus on being healthy…Losing weight has become more enjoyable…And, my weightloss goal feels more attainable now that I’m no longer obsessing over a number on the scale..….Have A Great Day Guys!…
