So, my blog was lost....But, anyway…Since I don’t have time to re-type my long blog…I’ll make this short by saying…. Hello Guys!…I just wanted to come back and see if I could blog…I love how the site looks but, I’ve been having a time getting my blogs to post and being able to comment on other blogs…So, I’ve just stayed away until all the bugs can get worked out…I did fantastic on Thanksgiving!!! All I ate was Turkey and Greens! No Carbs what so ever!!!…I really wanted to have the complete dinner but, I stayed strong!…I’m saving my big day for Christmas….On Christmas Day I will “Finally” allow myself “A Day Off”…I plan on having A Ball…B/c not only will it be Christmas but, The Premeire of “DreamGirls” starring Beyonce’ will be in theateres! So, I’m really looking forward to seeing my girl on the big screen again….I’m gonna go and try to post my blog…Hopefully it’ll work this time…

Well, the weekened is finally here! Yaaay!!!.. Sorry I didn’t make it on to blog yesterday….I got up early yesterday  worked out and thought I was going to have an “Ok Day”…But, unhhh..Nope…I felt horrible!..My Stomach was hurting so bad.  At least I  got to get in my workout…Today I’m feeling  Much, Much Better!!..And, later tonight Jordon and I are going to see “The Return” With Sarah Michelle Gellar…I love all her work..I’ve been a huge fan of hers since “Buffy”…Anything that’s “Scary” I’m all over it…lol..I also want to see “8 Films To Die For–Horror Fest”…But, we’ll probably wait until Sunday to see that…I’m the biggest chicken but, I’m so ADDICTED  to horror films…lol…Not the cheesey ones but, the good ones that make you wanna sleep with the lights on…lol...Anyway I’m gonna go and catch up on blogs… Have A Good Weekend

Well…So much for “Things” slowing down…I have a lot to do today……Again!…But, I wanted to come on right quick and make time to blog…Otherwise I don’t know if I’ll have time later on..Also in additon to having a ton to do..I think “Thomas” is coming…As if I really want to see him right now!..I mean I never want to see him but, he just keeps on coming to my house…My stomach is “Killing Me”!!!!….I mean Honestly…. I don’t know why he keeps bothering me……Doesn’t he know I’m “INVOLED” with someone already???…But, Oh No! Here he comes Every Single Month on the same date..…Getting on my last nerve!……lol..But, on a happier note…At least it’s my favorite weather outside…Cloudy and Rainy!…Now if it was a little colder it would be “Perfect”…I really should live in somewhere like Chicago or somewhere b/c it just never gets cold enough here for me…Anyway…I’ve gotten in my 2hr.30 mins…So, now I’m off to start my busy day..I’ll try to catch up on blogs later on tonight:-) Have A Great Day Guys!

Earlier this morning I did 2hrs and 30 mins of Cardio..”Finally Back to my regular routine”…Hooray For Me!...lol…So, with that out of the way…I got to sit down and watch early morning T.V. shows…Something I haven’t done in months…I watched a Talk Show that I’ve never heard of until today…Dr. Keith Ablow…I’m sure it’s been around for a while but, I never get to watch any shows in the mornings…..Anyway, today’s episode was about people who think that they are “FATABLOUS”……………………..People who went through great efforts to go from 140 lbs to 450 lbs.AND, MORE!..And, I’m sitting and watching and I’m like??? Why would anyone want to Purposely Gain That Much Weight???…That’s a lot of weight…But, they all were saying having rolls and lots of “cushin” is what made them feel “sexy”…..I mean if that’s what “Floats Their Boats”…Then more power to them but,…I know there is NO WAY…I’d ever choose to be “Morbidly Obese”…I just can’t wrap my mind around that concept…For most of us we did gain the weight that we have on us by making the wrong food choices…And, some people have “medical reasons” why they gain and can’t lose weight…But, to gain 100’s of pounds and then choose to gain more is just insane to me…I don’t get it…Not everyone is destined to be a size 2 but, I feel that being a healthy body weight is just So Much More…Benefical Health Wise….Why purposely increase your risks for DIABETES, HEART DISEASE etc…..I don’t know..But, I just had to blog about this today b/c when I saw it …It just blew my mind…lol…Anyway..lol…….Have A Great Days Guys…

Hi Everyone…I’m finally back! I’ve been gone for like a week and a half which isn’t really that long but, long enough to know that…I miss you guys..Thank you all for thinking of me and commenting on my blog while I was gone…And,…I’d like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO NIKKI!!!…lol…For my check on you e-mail…lol…Thank You……You Guys are the “BESTEST EVER!!!”...lol..…While I’ve been away (Of Course) I’ve remained on track...Although..I did slack off in the exercise department…...The week that I’ve been away… I’ve only been doing 1hr and 30 mins everyday instead of my usual 2hr 30 min - 3hrs…But, now that things are back at a semi normal pace…I’ll be able to step it back up!…Speaking of exercise… I’ve also added something new to my workout program...”WALK AWAY THE POUNDS!”...It’s so easy to do..When I did the 3 mile one I felt like I hadn’t done anything so, I had to of course go out and buy the 5 MILE one…I love her DVD’s..I know I sound like a commercial but, if you haven’t tried out her DVD series you definitely should!…It’s something for beginners and if you want to be challenged like me you can get the one with more miles…I absolutely Love It!!!…lol…Did I mention how EASY IT IS???…lol…oh I did?  ok..just checking..lol…Well, I’m sure a lot has happened since I’ve been away so, I’m going to try and attempt to catch up on blogs…If I don’t get to yours right now…Know that by tomorrow I will!!!…Have A Great Day Guys!…

Last week at the beginning of the week I wasn’t feeling well…And, Although I’m better this week…Things are a little off…I just have so much to do and nothing seems to be in place right now…So, I’m sorry I’ve been M.I.A….But, I will catch up as soon as I can…In 30 mins I’m leaving to go out of town for today but, should be back by tomorrow night…I hope everyone’s doing well and I will catch up on Everyone’s blog when I get a little free time…

~Rest Day~

My body has decided that today is going to be Rest Day..Which I know it should….B/c… I’ve already worked out for 7 days straight..I usually Rest on Sunday but, for some crazy, insane reason I worked out anyway…Don’t ask me what I was thinking……But, for Satuday and Sunday I was like…Well, if I only work out 2hrs I should be O.K…B/c I usally workout 3 hrs and 30 mins…So, 2 hrs wasn’t going to hurt me….Yeah Right!!!……Watery Eyes, Sore Itchy Throat, Sneezing…You name it…It’s happening to me…I guess I was in denial about getting sick b/c I felt it friday night but, I just dismissed it and,  figured I just needed some sleep…But, Yesterday once I was done with my 2hrs of working out..I showered and was in the middle of towel drying my hair…All of a sudden I felt hot and dizzy and I thought I was going to pass out…It was just awful!!!….So my body is forcing me off my feet…I don’t know why I’m sick….I mean….I’m WONDER WOMAN!…Wonder Woman doesn’t get sick!…lol..…..Well, obviously that’s not true huh?…lol…Well, guys I hope you all have had a better weekend than I did…And, I will catch up on blogs later today once I’m feeling a little better and my heads a little more clear…..These Pills are kicking In and I’m feeling pretty drowsy…Have A Great Day Guys!…
